Review: I believe these stopped my cramp problem. - Used these on a marathon run, and it was the first time I'd run a marathon WTHOUT getting cramp. I took one every 30-40 minutes, I also paid special attention to staying hydrated too, so can't be certain that these tablets did the trick, but I'm certainly going to use them on my next hard race. Took one every hour on the ride along with isotonic drink and were excellent .
