Would recommend
Bought them for a 112 sportive to prevent cramping up on big climes. Took one every hour on the ride along with isotonic drink and were excellent . The taste however takes a bit of time to get use to and didn't come in a tube as advertised (sealable packet)

These are great.
These are really tasty and refreshing. Ideal to use in hot weather when you have access to water rather than carrying an electrolyte drink. Used them during a hot and hilly 10 mile race and they worked well to stop me dehydrating.

I believe these stopped my cramp problem.
Used these on a marathon run, and it was the first time I'd run a marathon WTHOUT getting cramp. I took one every 30-40 minutes, I also paid special attention to staying hydrated too, so can't be certain that these tablets did the trick, but I'm certainly going to use them on my next hard race. The flavour was not so good though, it made me cough unless I took it JUST before a water station.

Great aid to hydration
Used during a long distance triathlon and worked a treat despite not training with them. No gastric issues and tasted great.

Not packaged as pictured!
Product is fine but these come in a packet, not a roll, which makes them less manageable whilst racing

Not what I ordered
They don't come as pictured but are lose in a packet which it near impossible to re-seal. There are only 10 in the pack, and it works out very expensive.Would not buy again.

Good
Just note that these dont come in a tube as pictured but in a sealable pouch which works well. I used these on an ultra Marathon and they worked well, taste ok too!!

The little bag looks like it re-seals though which is handy.
