Basically I wanted something to improve my hand strength, I feel like I'm losing a bit of strength as I'm getting older. This set feels like something in a doctor's office or physical therapy center. I'm still learning the ins and outs of all the features of the grip tester. You can program it for many people to keep track of of their progress at once. The hand gripper is nice, you can adjust the tension and the size so it will fit a multitude of people's hands.

This is one of the few grip strength testers that I found to be really easy to use. The adjuster tab is really important to get a good grip so that the results are accurate. I like how the kit comes with a grip trainer and the tester so you can always track your results. The grip tester holds the stats for up to 19 users and you can put in your gender and age for it to calculate whether your grip strength is weak, normal or strong. There is a chart that tells you this information too. The kit comes with 2 AA batteries. This grip exerciser and tester set is great for anyone who needs to improve their grip strength. I want to start learning how to rock climb so I’m trying to improve my grip strength first and this kit has worked out really well so far.

デジタル握力計と握力トレーナー（ハンドグリップ）のセットです。収納ケースもあるので持ち運びに便利です。日本語の説明書がついてるので使い方も問題ありません。 握力計の精度については類似品を持ってないので比較できません。何度か計ってもほぼ同じ数値が出るので「繰り返し誤差」は少ないです。トレーニングの目安にはなると思います。 性別と年齢、ユーザー登録が１９人分可能です。ただし、毎回ユーザーの設定でボタン押しが必要なので人数が多くなると面倒です。１９番目のユーザーは１９回ボタン押しが必要になります。 ハンドグリップは回数カウンターがあるのですが、数字が回転するアナログカウンターなので終了後にリセットが必要です。０に戻すのが面倒。カチカチ音が鳴るのは個人的に嫌いではないです。 トレーニングは数値化するとモチベーションアップになりますね。自分は握力を鍛えてフライパン曲げやリンゴ潰しできるように頑張ります。
