I'm NOT a sports person at ALL... I drink Gatorade when I get sick, when I'm gardening out in the heat, etc. I drink Gatorade Zero because it rehydrates me and gives me electrolytes without any added sugar. THIS APPLE BURST FLAVOR IS THE BEST. If you like sour green apple - think a Jolly Rancher - then you will like this! I don't notice any aftertaste from sweeteners, but if you are sensitive, I guess you could. I'm too used to diet drinks to notice. I LOVE THIS STUFF. I used my soda maker and added bubbles - even better! I cannot recommend this highly enough if you like something a little sour! cons: comes in plastic bottle with a plastic ring. It's bright green (artificial colors). It's possible this could make you a bit nauseated if you are exercising b/c it is quite sour, pretty acidic. Pros: TASTE, hydration, comes to my door. I bet this would make a great mixer for mocktails/cocktails!
