Excellent paintball pistol...specially for garden pests
I don't play paintball. However, I spend a lot of time in my large garden that attracts deer, raccoons, 'possums, and a neighborhood cat/dog or two. My problem is how to run off the pests without seriously hurting them. And then I discovered paintball markers! I researched these guns for months looking for the best combination of weight, power, design (incredibly important), ease of loading and powering up, and efficiency (bang for the buck). After seriously considering everything in the $100-$500 range, I decided that a pistol would work best (easy to carry), and ease of use and efficiency would be most important. I needed to decide between the .68 cal and the .43 cal, and the .68 cal markers were double the cost of the Kingman and used much more CO2 to propel. For efficiency, design, weight, loading, and overall size, the Kingman Eraser is perfect. Meets every criteria. I'm not sure how to find fault with this marker. Fairly inexpensive, extremely well built. The designs for the co2 and the paintball magazines are perfection. You'll need a couple of extra magazines (9 rounds per)(amazon.com), and a box of CO2 chargers (walmart) and as many paintballs (amazon.com) as you can afford. CAUTION: the kingman paintballs (100 supplied with the gun) are fragile and have a tendency to "chop" break-up in the gun. YIKES! easy to clean but what a hassle. I did some research and the RAP 4 paintballs got great reviews, and I agree that they work quite well. Remember, this is an 11mm/.43 cal marker. But it works perfectly for me.....no more deer in the garden.

force on force
Solid gun. Don't get discouraged after shooting the 11 milimeter paintball through the eraser they have a tendency to break and make a mess on the gun. Switched over to the Powderball and had great results. Low breakage and accurate with easy clean up. use it on duty for force on force training. the only drawback to the eraser at this time is the location of the magazine release close to the fingers and easily bumped

Friendly Persuasion
I bought this to discourage squirrels from our bird feeders and from pooping on the deck. I don't want to hurt the squirrels, just scare them. On low velocity this works very well. I use the powder ball ammunition to avoid the mess paint balls would create. This gun works well, except I've only had it 2 months and three connecting rods have broken. Also, I found out by calling customer support that Kingman sold to another company, iSport. I ordered two additional connecting rods (supposedly stainless steel to mitigate the breaking rods). The first rod broke after a month.

Three Stars
It seems to be falling apart after about 5 backyard sessions shooting at cans. Hopefully it is a simple fix. It seems to be a quality piece of hardware otherwise, and my son and I have had a lot of fun with it.

kingman eraser
was an awesome pb pistol the only thing is that it likes to chop paint balls. ive tried almost evry kind of paintball for this gun and the only ones that dont jam and break on contact is the company's paint. that is kingmans' paint. but the orange leaves a nice mark but also likes to jam and the yellow doesnt like to jam but the mark is nearly invisible. great pistol realistic feel and the places to clean when you chop a ball are easy to get to and clean. parts rarely break and when they do they are fairly easy to replace. i strongly suggest a radar or chronograph to get it tuned in right.

Fun Toy
Thats basicly it, very fun especially if you have a few friend with the same thing (even playiing field) not fun against regular markers = butt whoopin. fairly accurate up to about 30 yds, magazine function good size (about the smallest repater paintball maker I have ever Handled. Regular 12gr. Co2 dont last all that long especily if you adjust the velocity higher, and then the balls tend to have a bad unpredictable spin which is common to most makers especialy lower end markers. Not bad if this is what you like to do.

bummer
It is a cool looking gun however it just does not shoot in the same direction each time also sized down some. It is kinda big not the same feel as a real pistol.

Tends to jam and break balls in gun.
The paintballs are very fragile and will break easily. They will fall out the front easily to even though the detent should hold it back. Not worth taking on the field in my opinion.
