Very useful
I bought this for weekly burger sessions with my family. The non-stick coating is super easy to use - my patties slid right off! The only minor issue was that I was in a hurry and piled the toppings too high, which caused the patty to leak a little. I put less toppings later, and the perfectly sealed burger was indeed tempting. However, the timer is louder than my microwave (which is a good thing, to be honest).

Pretty good
I am now using it for my brunch pop-up. It easily handles over 30 burgers an hour, and the stainless steel body can be wiped clean after customers leave, which is very hygienic. It has really improved the efficiency of the breakfast shop. If it continues to perform consistently in the future, I will buy it again.
