Magnolia: The Shooting Script

excellent if a director/ writer's complicated work at his most creative intersts you, if you just want to be entertained go for the blu ray and enjoy the magnolia ride at it's best.

The way Magnolia twists between the 9 stories about coming to terms with your past is compelling and unforgettable. The story and its biblical references are further clarified in this shooting script, (making the amphibian downfall at the end much more enlightening). Also included in this script are a number of scenes which were shortened or cut from the film, which introduce us more to the character of "worm", who punishes characters for their misgivings. This is a must have for any fan of Paul Thomas Anderson's films or Magnolia.
