Not even one star. This product should be white, it’s pink. But the true isn’t isn’t aesthetic. It is that I followed the package instructions exactly, left in fridge overnight - close to 24 hrs - and this morning I find a useless mess of pink water at the top, and the powder all settled, still in powder form, at the bottom.This product can not be returned BUT you CAN get a refund if you chat with the Amazon bot. I reported that it was defective and was immediately offered a no return needed refund.This stuff isn’t cheap, so if you’re fooled too - seek the refund!

My product is pink and based off all of the claims of the product and my research it should not be pink. Perhaps something is wrong with my batch or there are additional additives that are not advertised. I do not feel safe to use my product which is disappointing because I was very excited. Additionally, if you are buying this product you should note it wil not thicken up like you may be expecting. This is a LMW type that does not thicken up. If you want a hyaluronic acid that is thick, you should opt for a HMW type.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this product and it is not clear it's pink. I did what the instruction said and it is still watery and the water and the product is separating and it's not turning to the gel and it says one scoop but a scoop does not come in it so I used my own scoop and I even put extra in thinking it wasn't enough so I would not recommend this product for other people

Finally got around to trying this and there was no scoop. I looked up other quantities and how much you were supposed to use and weighed it out. After 2 days setting in the refrigerator all I got was watery pink milk. I would not recommend buying this product from this company. If you do make sure you understand that it is not refundable.

Is give a zero if I could. Do not buy this. First there was no scoop in the package so it was hard to determine the amount. I had a different HA I used and that scoop and tried that with distilled water. Product didn't dissolve or gel up at all. It was unusable. Totally out of over 20 dollars. Scam product from China. Don't buy

They give you nothing to measure the product out with. You can’t return it. It does tell you how to mix it but with it being such a small amount who has that small of a measuring device? Not many. Others provide that right in with the product. I suggest buying elsewhere at the same price if not cheaper .

I received this package yesterday it says to put scoop of powder in 2 oz of water NEVER got SCOOP so don’t know how much to use how much is a scoop per there instruction hard to rate when I don’t have to use but 2 friends say they love it
