Why did you pick this product vs others?:I picked this product because I wanted the hat embroidered instead of screen printed and I have to say I am impressed!It’s looks exactly how I wanted it to, it’s a good quality and it was supposed to arrive on Saturday and it arrived four days early. It’s beautiful and of good quality but it’s too small for my head :(Update: it was too small for my head because I had in braids, it fits my hair and head perfectly, I ordered two more and plan to order more.

Awesome! First of all, a customized cap for under $20 is unheard of. The ordering process was simple with selection of font and color of hat and color of stitching. I ordered on a Sunday. It was shipped on Monday. It was in my mailbox on Wednesday. Arrival in 72 hours. I opened my mystery box (it was a mystery bc I was not expecting it this quickly) to find in the box a quality hat with quality embroidering. Nice velcro strap on the back. I was so impressed that i was motivated to write a review. There you have it. I wish this company much success.
