These come in a set and are great for warming up and loosening the shoulders. With the vast majority of the weight being on the ends, you really get a good stretch when swinging these.I also like how these are plastic. They are easy to clean and will never rust.

These are excellent quality, and the price is much lower than the wooden ones. The only benefit I see in the wooden ones over these would be if you want then to look pretty with a nice wood grain look. That said these aren't bad looking by any means. I have both the 1lb set and the 2lb set. I would recommend if you can to get both sets because I find that depending on what move I am doing sometimes I use the 1lbs and sometimes the 2 lbs. You could get both sets for the price of 1 wooden set. I use them for a 5 or so minute warmup routine before pretty much all of my workouts. I find it to be a great way to really get the shoulders feeling warm and the blood flowing. I usually start with the 1lbs then switch to the 2lbs as my shoulders get warm. The weight sounds very light but for what you do with these and their purpose it is plenty. They have plenty of grip for me, and when you look close they kinda have a black swirl pattern on them which looks cool. Very pleased with this purchase and I think it's a great addition to my home gym arsenal.

I wrote this review just for the sweet headline. These items work as expected. Also, they are reminders that I should exercise my shoulder joints when I see them.

The product helps keep my shoulders warm and limber. I have had shoulder issues in the past and they seam to help with stiffness and mobility. Finish is a little rough and the seems show, but they get the job done

Good for shoulder and upperbody workouts. 1lbn is too light, but others are okay for kids or first time trainers.

I bought the 2lb set of these clubs to increase the weight I was using on my mobility exercises. I've been using 1lb wooden clubs for about 2 months so far with this mobility regime and felt I could increase the weight safely. I also swing a 5lb steel club regularly and own several other clubs.The finish is smooth on these and the handles are a lot narrower than the wooden clubs I've been using. This makes it harder to grip and less comfortable. The weight biases more heavily towards the fat end of the club than I'm used to with my steel and wooden clubs. The weight balance makes it harder to control the movement of these clubs than the other clubs I have. They're okay for what they are and I won't be returning them. Hopefully they will grow on me over time.

I chose to get the 2 pound size to help with my shoulder pain and they have helped tremendously! I looked up instructional videos on YouTube to learn how to use them. There is only one issue I have with them and that is a slight seam in the plastic on the handle that rubs on the hand when swinging them. After a while it can be a bit uncomfortable bc of the friction but I can probably try to wrap something over it, or just make my hands tougher. ;)
