Q: Does it have a "sweep" second hand or does it "click" on each second?

A ticking second hand indicates a quartz movement, a sweep second hand is mechanical. Mechanical watches under the $500 price point are terribly inaccurate. Often anywhere from 20 to 40 seconds per day. Watches with quartz movements typically lose or gain a 1/2 second to 1 second per day. And the quartz movement itself is incredibly robust. It can take a pounding more readily than a mechanical watch.

Q: Does the face have a light?

No light, a big disadvantage since I work nights. But it is a large face, very readable in even low light, not in the dark.

Q: Does it fit large wrists?

I can't say for sure as it was a gift for a friend BUT she is a larger than average girl and it fits her fine.

Q: Does this have a lighted face to see at night?
