The other day I received a message and sure enough, there was an issue with my sink that I was not aware of. I went with YoLink because it is a US based company, so I felt my data would be better protected. This review is solely based on my experience and I have no affiliation with this company, yet I keep telling everyone about this product. I prefer being proactive rather than reactive and am glad I found this product.
Review: Exceptional YoLink customer support from YoLink & wonderful app alert! - I have been very impressed with my YoLink Water Leak Starter Kit. It is well put together. I even added an additional order from YoLink adding more sensors to do our entire house with them. The app is very good and allows you to organize which room and location the sensors are. Then what really got me was I had a couple questions about where and how to place the sensors on the biggest possibility of having a leak - around the refrigerator and the dishwasher. I sent a note to YoLink and after a short time got an answer from their support team with Thomas. It did not stop there, I sent a reply with another question and heard back. I value customer support with anything I buy and YoLink exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend their products. Thank you YoLink! Added comments - 2 days later while watching TV in the evening, my Apple watch buzzed with my YoLink app alerting me to a leak in the basement storage area. I picked up my phone & checked to see that the sensor by the water lines was the one alerting. I went downstairs & found that there was a small water puddle under and around the pressure booster pump. I had placed a water leak sensor 1 right under the lines coming from the pump and this is the one that alerted me to the leak! I am super pleased with the early detection before I ended up with major damage. Great product!

I have been very impressed with my YoLink Water Leak Starter Kit. It is well put together. I even added an additional order from YoLink adding more sensors to do our entire house with them. The app is very good and allows you to organize which room and location the sensors are. Then what really got me was I had a couple questions about where and how to place the sensors on the biggest possibility of having a leak - around the refrigerator and the dishwasher. I sent a note to YoLink and after a short time got an answer from their support team with Thomas. It did not stop there, I sent a reply with another question and heard back. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Easy installation of solidly designed leak monitoring equipment

YoLink is actually one of the easiest of the "internet of things" gizmo's that I have installed. They really went out of their way to make it fast and painless. The units are solid (I took one apart). The software works quite nicely once you wrap your mind around the fact that it is designed to be scalable to enable full apartment building size installations. So naming stuff is key. The good news is you can always go back and rename things. Quite nice to know that you'll be notified before a slow leak gets to "disaster" status.
