These valances are cute and SO feminine. They're not just for little girls, either. Big girls love them, too! First, they are the PERFECT pink, which (as all girls know) is an important consideration. They look just great in my bedroom and compliment my white/pink/blue/lime green quilt beautifully. There are three layers to these valances - the layer in back is pink cotton (or perhaps cotton/poly). The next two layers are pink tulle. Since the outer layer of tulle is shorter than the inner layer of tulle, this gives volume to the valance so that it looks very much like a tutu skirt. For fullness, I purchased two valances for each 36" window. I haven't washed them yet, so I can't comment on how well they will launder. As always, Amazon.com shipped quickly and the price was the best I could find. I'm very pleased and would definitely recommend this product.

I'm not sure the picture gives you a good idea of what you are getting. It is just a light and airy valance. The top layers are a tulle material that makes the item lighter. It looks very nice and the color goes with any light design. They market it for nurseries and it certainly would look good there. I put it in a bathroom that needed something over the window but nothing too much. It went up straight our of the package. It washes well and goes right back up. I don't think I have ever had to iron it. Very happy with my purchase.

I had been eyeing this valance for a while and when we found out we were having another girl, I had an excuse to buy it. It is perfect for the girl's bathroom. It is very pure white and the tulle is really pretty. It is not super full but will lay well on the window. The back layer is solid but pretty thin so I do not expect it to block any light.

Nice for baby's room! I like to zoom in on products before I buy them to get some kind of image in my mind of what to expect. I could not zoom in on this so I just went with it. The actual panel is very nice and drapes beautifully. Also blocks out alot of sunlight without darkening the room. The only thing I disliked is the mesh overlay; I could not make this out from the photograph. This would have been a deal breaker. I also bought two panels and find that they were two different shades of white. You could actually tell there was a blueish tint to one panel whereas the other was a true white. So ...I dyed them and hung them in my bathroom. Still love the way they drape, I couldn't part with them.

These curtains are just what I was looking for to put the finishing touches on my new baby's nursery! They are so pretty and light. They do have a privacy panel attached, but still let in a lot of light. They are pretty & just what I was looking for. The only thing I worry about is my cat getting her back claws stuck in them while trying to get in and out of the window.

These are the cheapest made curtains I've ever come across. The fabric is thinner than paper and completely sheer. They don't really look like the picture and are several inches longer than 84 in. I ordered 2 and 1 of them had odd stitching in the middle of the curtain. It looked like the curtain had been ripped so they sewed it. I probably wouldn't have noticed had they used thread that matched and not bright purple. So I figure I'll send the one back. The curtains are cute enough that I was just going to have a seamstress add fabric so the curtains weren't as sheer. They're going in a baby nursery so I don't need anything super fancy anyway. I called and asked for a replacement. They ended up sending 2 replacements. So I ended up with extra curtains. I open the first one and it looks like coffee was spilt on the curtain. I open the second one and there is a dead bug in the bag. That curtain had what looked like a large grease stain on it. I opened the next one and it has what looks like an ink stain from a pen and the stitching was EXTREMELY crooked. It was straight part way then suddenly arched and came back down. The stitching is coming out in some areas as well. I know nothing about sewing but I know buying these curtains for $22 was a mistake. They aren't even worth $5 yet now I see the price has raised to $33. Ridiculous! Do not I repeat DO NOT buy these curtains. Save yourself the trouble.

Buy directly from amazon or sleep partners as the seller-other company’s on amazon don’t sell the curtains in tadpole zipper packaging or with tadpole labels. I have multiple orders from private companies on amazon selling these and they dont match the pictures at all, different color, different amount of ruffles. Again amazon or sleep partners as the seller match the items in the picture. My picture doesn’t really show the true color of the ivory. The walls paint is a blueish green and the picture was taken at night. Curtains are a soft ivory and not a yellow ivory. These are the real deal- not knock offs like other people are selling. Nice soft ivory color, light basic ruffle- not super girlie, but just girlie enough. Have these in various colors in three rooms in our house. Heads up they are not super thick material and tulle is pretty thin, but I love thinner curtains so light can come in and brighten the room naturally. I use 6 panels on each window to have a little privacy and a good amount of light.

I love this valance. I ordered it to go with two long panels I have in my daughter's room. It's not the exact same design, but you can't tell. It looks like they came together. It is light and pretty without being too frilly or babyish. It was super easy to put up and looks great. I always get comments on now nice it looks.

Better than I expected! Perfect length for our camper windows

the curtain's are super cute, and loo great in our nursery, but there are light brown stains at the top of them, you cant see it when their set up but still. I had to order two panels and they came in individual packages, yet both had the same stains in the same spots.

It is as it looks. I bought it to hang up as curtains in my basement apartment because they are the perfect size and I love pink. They do look like something for a little girl but if you know me, it suits me just fine as I'm known for loving anything pink. :)

I am so in love with these that I keep going into my daughter's room just to look at them. They are adorable! And I do agree with the other comments, they do look a little cheap and the color is almost a lilac, but I definitely got way more than I paid for. And I don't think my daughter is going to be inspecting them too closely to care. I also bought the valance and use it as a bed skirt. I am so loving her "princess" room.

We will be keeping this curtains, but they look kind of cheap. They are wrinkly - even after two weeks of having them hung up. I'm worried about wrecking them when I wash them. Great price though. I guess you get what you pay for!
