Keeps locking up after awhile, then I have to power off and restart.

Ease of viewing
I have this digital frame set up in my living room. I find myself watching my own personal slide show all the time. I have my pictures loaded on to a flash drive. Easy to add new photos. I recommend the 14" frame for easy viewing.

Does not play video files, as advertised
Loaded it up with MP4 files (the most common video type). It shows the videos when 'video' is selected in the menu, but when selected they do not play. Went to websit, downloaded manual. Had no suggestions or corrections, and truthfully, the instructions in the manual didn't align with what the frame was showing. Will change review if frame can be made operational.

Horrible and cheap quality
It is very hard to program and is very cheap quality.
