I use this on an ATV and I do like it because its heavy duty
Its NOT a warning whip. Its more of a heavy duty antenna. By the way the female piece is NOT included and cost almost as much as the "whip" costs. The whip and the female end are a quick release, but as soon as dust or dirt gets in it - its toast and you cant separate the two. I use this on an ATV and I do like it because its heavy duty, but I have to bolt/unbolt it to remove it now. Its really not a whip for off-road vehicles, maybe a boat, but not anything that gets dirty.
