This product works great! As long as you hit the nest directly and really saturate the whole thing. Make sure you then remove the nest and really scrub the area and spray it again so the peppermint smell will remind them you aren't messing around so don't come back and rebuild. You can even put some cotton balls drenched in peppermint oil and afix them to the areas they like to build to keep them away. It works for bugs on your garden plants and also keeps squirrels and rabbits from eating them. So here's the thing, go to the dollar store and get a good strong spray bottle that sprays a hard stream really far. Then get a large (or small) bottle of plain decreasing dish soap, "Dawn cuts grease" you know the stuff. Not flowers or lotiony stuff just good old cheap blue dish soap. And then if they don't have it there, go to the grocery store or Whole Foods and get a good sized bottle of peppermint oil. It's the more expensive part but it's great. Fill the water bottle with water up to the skinnier part where your hand goes. Drip several drops of peppermint oil in there, enough that makes you feel it in your lungs when you smell it from the bottle. Then add enough liquid dish soap to turn the water color blueish, doesn't need to be a lot, maybe two good squirts from the bottle. Now put the spray nozzle on and tip it upside down and back a few good times but don't shake it. Open it and squeeze it until the bubbles come out and fill the rest of it up with water. You now have every single ingredient from this product only they added glycerin which is like vegetable oil. It's definitely not necessary. The peppermint oil makes it so they can't breathe. The soap gets on their wings and they can't fly, and water alone is enough to drive them out and they can't fly when they're wet. Lastly, get a Tupperware container that's maybe 4-6 inches deep and pour some apple juice in it. Add the soap, but use less so the apple juice is sweet smelling, and a tablespoon (cap full) of apple cider vinegar and fill it up am inch and a half from the top with water. I also use maple syrup to make it really attractive to them. Set it where you spend time outside to keep your pets and kids and well everyone safe. The apple cider vinegar keeps the bees from getting into it because they don't like it but wasps don't care. I fill those things with wasps so the entire top of the liquid is covered. I switch it out every few days, it really attracts them. Don't pour it out close to where you hang out. Take it off to another area to pour out. Buy this stuff if you want , it works well! I'm only saying you can save money by making it yourself, they even say that in a way on the bottle. Unfortunately I have a nest inside the brick and wood pillar that holds up the overhang for my front door step where my medical supplies and packages are delivered, where my nurse comes in and out of for my medical needs and I have to take my service dog out to go potty. This stuff, homemade and this stuff, barely made a dent if at all in the bis huge nest in there. It worked on the other 6 nests I had. My HOA for my townhomes in my major city near Denver refuses to help me with it. I'm not sure what to do. I had an exterminator out here and he said he couldn't do it. It's October 27th and they are still in and out of there but dwindling slowly. I still go after them with my spray bottle and must look insane. That's not far off. I just wanted to give you guys a heads up before you spend money you might not have on something that might not work perfectly. I can totally dump this on their entrance crack into the pillar and they still go in and out no problem, but they hate it and get really stirred up and some die. Maybe this will help some people. But do buy the product if you want convenience. It's very concentrated and works just the same.

Works great a a spray for flies, hornets/wasps, spiders. Mix with 1 tsp dish dose, 1 oz mint oil, and 20oz water. I spray outdoor furniture, eaves/doffets, indoors. I even spray my boat down after fishing- keeps mosquitos, flies, spiders away and leaves a nice light minty small rather than fish smell.

This stuff is great. Repeals chipmunks for sure.
