This is a fantastic chair that is just what I needed because I tend to sit for long periods of time during work and this chair is quite comfortable. The cushioning and the lumbar support feels great. This feels like a high end, quality chair that will last me a long time. I had no issues assembling this chair, the instructions were clear. I like the fact that the chair is compact and can be folded for storage purposes and I appreciate the extra features like the extra support under the legs and the height and reclining adjustability. Overall, great chair, would recommend.

The chair is extremely sturdy and comfortable, but I would love to be able to lock it into the perfect reclining position. You are only able to lock it in it's full upright position to prevent reclining, so it takes a little time to readjust every time I sit down. Overall, it's a great buy, but I'm going to explore a different option with the brand to fit my preferences.

Great chair for a small space. It feels comfortable, supportive, and I really like the foldable design. The footrest is a nice bonus, and the cream color looks clean and modern. Easy to move around and works well for working at a desk. Overall, very happy with it.

Great for what I need it to do. Wish it wasnt quite so rickety and would hold firm when I shift in my seat instead of the back thinking im trying to recline. Folds and collapses well, a little too big to fit completely flush under my desk but thats on me for using a small desk. Seat cushion is a little unpleasant after several hours

So, I’m a little disappointed that what I thought would be a cool gray and white chair is actually a warm AND cool gray and cream colored AND white chair. And it’s not just a little, it’s a deep cream color everywhere except the wheel base which is white. The seat and mesh are cool gray but the accents are darker warm gray. I just don’t understand, it’s a mess. You guys have got to get someone who knows the basics of color theory. That being said, I’m 5’3” with a short torso. The chair is near perfect size for me. At the lowest setting my heels almost touch the ground. The seat depth is adequate but not too deep. The seat is level and the cushion is thick. The headrest doesn’t sit too far forward and it’s not super high. And though others stated it wasn’t sturdy I haven’t noticed that myself. Folding is easy as is reclining and the foot rest works well. The wheels also glide nicely. Took 10 minutes to put together. Initial judgement is that it’s well worth the price. Will try to remember to update again after a bit of real use.

This chair is NOT worth $200–$279 — not even close. It feels like a cheap $75 chair. The quality is terrible. The fabric is cheap, the back support is weak and keeps failing, and the armrests barely adjust. The seat foam is a joke — it looks okay, but as soon as you sit, it goes flat and feels hard. There is no real support at all. The recline design makes no sense. It only goes fully back — no low or medium option. Who wants to lay all the way back every time? That’s useless. It should have multiple positions, but it doesn’t. Honestly, this chair looks nice, but everything about it is cheap and poorly made. Very disappointing. The price needs to be dropped to around $75 because that’s what it actually feels like.

I received a confirmation in my mail that the chair had been delivered, but I did not have it. I contacted the seller, and it was brought to a pickup point. This is fine, but I got no notice of this in my mail so I waited for days before I finally knew it had been laying at the pickup point. Other than that, it is a nice chair. I expected it to be a little bigger, because the headrest doesn't extend enough to comfortably lay my head on. I also expected the seat itself to be a little softer, but that can be overlooked. Overall a good quality chair, nice to sit on, just sad that the chair is a little small for me. (I am ~1.70m)

The chair headrest is waaaaaaaay too low (even at max height adjustment) and I’m only 5foot 6. This is a design flaw. I don’t understand how this is not a bigger concern in reviews here unless everyone who bought it is tiny
