It’s been less than a week I have the product but so far I’m liking the product it is super quiet and very easy to use. Love the tall and sleek design especially for small spaces.

Loved it when I first got them...but after a 1 use one of them was completely defective. The plastic is brittle and cracked all in the inside...leaked all over and no longer works. The other one is starting to crack as well along one of the seals. Cheap plastic don't buy!

Great quality and design. Love the features and the water capacity. I tried 7 different humidifiers, and this one was the best. The only downside is that when using mist level 2 or 3, the water flows through the machine a little nosier than expected; which isn't good if you don't want periodic gurgling noises.

I've been using this humidifier constantly since late-November. Instructions are easy. Readouts are clear. Just the right amount of settings. Great humidifier except for the loud beeping when the water runs out. Wakes you up at night. How is this supposed to be kid friendly if it keeps beeping when it should just shut off.

My husband and i came down with covid and we received this humidifier. It was working great until a small piece fell off and without it the machine leaked. I tried to return it but because we had it for more then the return date we had to go through the manufacture. I reached out to them and asked for a replacement piece they offered me a $40 gift card. I explain to them i just want a new part not an entire new machine because the motor still worked it would be a shame to throw it away. Needless to say i am still waiting to hear from the manufacture.Besides the piece that fell off. The cleaning was a bit much but nothing to get upset enough to return. Noise level was ok and it was easy to use and if it wasn’t for this piece falling off i would be still using it.

I ordered this product 9-23-2019 and have LOVED it. It is 6 months old.It started leaking yesterday. The leak is coming from the water level viewing window. Is it still under warrantee?Please contact me.

I always woke up with a dry nose and throat and this really helped me wake up feeling so much better and less groggy.
