Perfect for rehydrating
I'm trying to cut back on sugar, but I'm old enough that a couple drinks can end me for a week. This saves the day. Tastes as good as the sugary stuff, and works as well too.

These are so underrated in the world of electrolyte drinks I think. I think pedialyte and it’s when I’m sick but they’re so much better imo than half the other ones on the market for daily use- and taste better! I love that they’re stevia free as well as I have a intolerance and that’s hard to find

Pedialite, for me, is an absolute must have! You can easily add the packets to water and premix if needed. I find that they are great for preparation for workouts and even great the day after if you are feeling a little sluggish. The size of them enables you to carry them just about anywhere! The berry flavor tastes so great!

Works like a charm!
I had an extreme electrolyte imbalance and this worked almost immediately. I have a rare stomach condition and don’t eat a lot of fruits and vegetables so I tend to run deficient in sodium and potassium so this really helps fill in the gaps.
