Brilliant
This works brilliantly for me. I have severe apnea and was given a CPAP machine but simply could not get on with it. This little device has changed my sleep immensely. I now enjoy deep sleep and awake refreshed in the morning. Highly recommended

Marriage saver
This is a simple but very effective solution if you snore when you lie on your back. Easily adjustable and just the right level of discomfort to keep you lying on your side. I sleep better and so does my wife. Good value for money.

Effective could be easily improved.
It’s effective. The only downside I sometimes find is the plastic strap holders sometimes poke into my side/back. A simple cover for these would make the device excellent five star.

Relief from positional sleep apnoea.
Very simple idea but effective. It forces me to sleep on my side preventing me from lying on my back, where I’m suffering from positional sleep apnoea.

Good product. Better than others on the market. Comfortable,MY only problem. The ball s too small and too soft I can sleep on my back and not feel anythingI ordered a much Bigger harder dog toy ball. Works so much better , and would make this a 5 star product

Alles okay es funktioniert!Mann schläft nicht mehr auf dem Rücken.Muss sich aber umgewöhnen und das braucht Zeit und raubt etwas Schlafzeit. Aber immer noch besser als eine Schlafmaske.

Overall useful but needs improvement
The buckles (clamps) should have been more flat and ergonomic so that they are not felt. The ball is not hard enough and has too much movement freedom in its mesh bag.

A good device
This is a really good device. It helps prevent you from sleeping on your back. It does move around a little bit so I don't think it's perfect but I believe that it has made a difference and helping me to sleep on my side rather than on my back. When one sleeps on one side it you can help prevent sleep apnea related events based on my experience.
