**Update 2** after 3 days the unit FAILED once again. The battery case will not charge reliably on the wireless charger but it still works with the wire. this is the replacement of the one that came to me not working at all and now this one has failed again. Customer service just told me to ask for a refund through Amazon without even trying to make things right. I have since ordered from another company and that one seems to be working much better. **Update 1** I reached out to customer service and they shipped out a replacement. After I received the replacement and shipped back the dead unit, everything seemed to be working better. I notice that there are times when some wireless chargers don’t work with this unit. The plug will always work but some wireless chargers don’t work. If the battery on the case is at 100% and the phone is under 100% there are times when it won’t charge. I find that you need to drain some of the case before placing it on the charger. I’m not sure if this is a known issue or not? Overall, good unit, it does tend to get hot and it even overheats the phone but I think this is pretty normal when using the wireless. Doesn’t happen as often when plugged in. See below for previous review. Previous review. I purchased the product BX15 Pro Max through Amazon. Delivery was on time. When I place the phone into the device it was still a little loose on the sides for my iPhone 15 pro max. I decided to try placing it on the wireless charger and nothing. It did not charge anything. I decided to try a cable, and still nothing. Even after charging it for over an hour, none of the lights on the back, lit up. I have contacted the company support with regards to a replacement?

Would give more stars of it new when to stop charging the phone. If I don’t remember to turn off charging when not needed it will not stop. It has been great in low battery situations

I have had this product for ~2 months now. It seems fairly good. When the phone is discharged to ~20%, it can barely get to a full charge with this charger, which is fine for me. The issue that I have is that it is a little loose around my iPhone 15. I don't expect that my phone will slip out of it any time soon, but I have noticed that the case comes off very easily at times when I am not even trying to take it off. And there are times when the case does not appear to be charging when connected to an outlet but all you have to do is make sure that the phone itself is sitting properly on the connector in the case. For my purposes though this product is more than fine.

Haven’t had this for very long, but it’s already been extremely handy on numerous occasions. Charges a good amount.
