Supports lower back really well and adapts quickly to body type. Comfortable memory foam. I use it when I drive, and it makes a noticeable difference, especially during longer commutes. Could be slightly smaller to better adapt to sporty car seats.

I have a couch that had a gap on the seat. This cushion helps fill the gap and provide back support.

My PT recommended lumbar support and I thought it was a ridiculous idea but tried it anyways. I am so glad that I did! This makes sitting in your car or work chair so much more comfortable by helping to correct your posture. I recently had shoulder surgery so proper posture helps relieve pain in the shoulder a lot. The only gripe I have is that it slides down the chair and needs to be repositioned often despite having straps to hold it. All the same, for the price, it is a good buy.

I have had pain in my lower back for 30 years. Have tried various things…it ebbs and flows but is never gone. I got this pillow for my sofa, as my back never feels great when I get up. I used this the evening I got it, while I was watching tv. Got up to go to bed and I kid you not….no pain. None. The next morning my pain returned but at half the level it was. I couldn’t be happier with this pillow!

Great for airline travel.

Keeps me from slouching and more comfortable for my back. Great pillow for a great price. Comes out of the bag a little deformed but straightens up after a short time.

It's too small I cant feel any support

I've tried other "back support" pillows and they just were not the right depth for me and/or my chair. Love my chair and was contemplating getting another the, I found and tried this pillow. No longer thinkg of getting a new chair.
