Let there be Carnage!
An unmissable, fantastic Spider-Man story by Dan Slott, featuring Norman Osborn bonded with the Carnage Symbiote to create the evil Red Goblin. Any Spider-Man fan wouldn’t want to miss out on this, the art is fantastic and the story is thrilling to the end. Worth every penny. (5/5)

“Saving the world, one neighbourhood at a time”
“Spider-Man – Red Goblin” collects the final issues of Dan Slott’s run on this series - #794-801, with Annaul #42 (and #800 containing a complete 80-page story).I read the contents as two Panini paperback collections -Spider-Man - Worldwide 8 – Threat Level RedThis collects issues #794-796 and Annual #42, of the “Legacy” numbered series that is swinging towards another Big Issue number and the end of Dan Slott’s mammoth run on the title. The three regular stories here are all leading up to the big finale, and the next round of Goblin mania, but the foreground action is all about tidying away loose ends and setting the toybox straight for the next guy, while the Annual is all about tidying away loose ends and putting a few replacements for breakages back in the toybox…None of these can be called stand-alone stories due to the ongoing background/sub-plot/life-and-life-only activity, but each one addresses a different main character or familiar situation made unfamiliar by a twist, and as I type this, I pause to change my rating from a four to a five star one as I think about them.I am now wondering whether this is the real final/farewell volume, with the next one being the expected big fight with Norman Osborn.Anyway, it is superbly illustrated, scripted and everythinged.SPOILER ZONES#794: final panel – that is a Wolverine, isn’t it?#795: about time Loki got a proper job…#796: “Dude. Do you know everyone?”#Annual: final panel of the main story - that is [spoiler], isn’t it?Yep. Toybox all back in its proper order.5-stars all round.Spider-Man - Worldwide 9 – Go Down SwingingThis brings Dan Slott’s run on the Amazing Spider-Man to a close with the legacy-numbered issues #797-801; with #800 being a complete 80-page story, concluding the ongoing storyline. #801 is a sort of handing back the original Spider-Man, reminding us of what it is that he does that made him Marvel’s top selling character for decades. So, here we go again with Norman Osborn, with a cast of everybody, and a new take on the old, old, story, except that everybody has grown up a bit over the years, apart from Norman…This really is an epic Spider-Man family story, and fully deserving of the five star rating.

A absolute must read for Spider-Man fans
What a absolutely incredible story line one of the best Spidey graphic novels I have ever read the red goblin combines two of my favourite Spidey villians the green goblin and carnage who is so creepy I hope that they make is into a movie but I seriously doubt that
