Awesome stuff. Mix with my greens. Doesn’t alter the taste. Very finally milled so it will blend perfectly in any liquid you use. I have noticed my skin does look more radiant. Haven’t noticed a difference in my hair yet. Only been using for a weeks though. I’m on my second jar now. Will keep buying it for now.
