what is the diameter of the cup? Are there any lids to fit?

Hi - don't know about lids being available for these specifically, but the diameter at top is 3.0 inches. For what it's worth, my grand kids (ages 5 and 8) enjoy drinking from the clear boot cups (no liquid gets to the "toe" portion, that's just an extra appendage on the mug essentially). Cheers...

This cowboy boot cup was exactly as described...just a little clear boot (so I could fill it up with candy corn...so the kids could try and guess how many it held...it held 200 candy corn!)
