BYOMA Hydrating Body Lotion

This sinks in so beautifully while also being meaningfully and noticeably moisturizing and long lasting. No strange residue or finish left behind. I needed a vegan replacement for my la Roche posay lipikar baume ap+ (now called triple repair moisturizer) and I feel like this gives me, miraculously, almost all the deep moisture with none of the residual thick finish. Yes, it feels lighter, but not in a way that translates to less moisture. What I mean by that is that perhaps the moisturizing doesn’t feel as “sealed in” for as long as it does with something like the LRP baume, but this still is effectively delivering the moisture my skin needs. This does the job better in a way if you think of it in terms of delivery method. No greasiness left behind despite how moisturized my skin feels! I’m used to a product sinking in quickly or feeling light = less moisturizing happening compared to a thicker product, but that’s not the case here. You get lots of product for the price, it’s well worth the slight price hike compared to your very basic cheap body creams. Note that the scent is quite potent and like a baby powder scent. It doesn’t linger but if you’re scent sensitive, you might not like that initial baby powder chemical vibe. In all, just an excellent all around moisturizer if you’re OK with the initial scent. It doesn’t smell bad at all, just potent and unexpected.

Used this for when i was getting chemical peels and helped so much! A little grease but not nearly as bad as some lotion. Dry's down pretty fast very light weight and has a clean smell.

This feels just so nice to put on. Some have mentioned that it feels greasy but for myself, there is no greasy appearance just a lovely, silky, hydrating feel. My skin is incredibly soft. The added bonus for me......explicitly listed as cruelty-free - it is also vegan, so it contains no animal-derived ingredients either.

Nice consistency and absorption. I use it everyday. It’s lightweight and perfect under my regular moisturizer and body butter. Pump works great. I’m a fan of byoma products. I have mature skin and it’s nice on my skin. I’d buy it again.

Someone on social media said this would be good for keratosis pilaris. She mentioned the benefits of ceramides and lipids. Figured I'd try, I've enjoyed somewhat smoother skin with other products. But this... I'm amazed. It smooths on and absorbs well. Nowadays I touch my skin like it's something new, because it feels that way. It's sooo much smoother, and it's soft too. I'm ready to commit to this as a way of life. I skipped a day, and it wasn't like a prescription that stops if you miss a day. It stayed smooth and soft.

DO NOT BUY IF YOU NEED TO AVOID PERFUME/PARFUME/GENERIC FRAGRANCE. The listing on Amazon says this is fragrance free. IT IS NOT! I have to get fragrance free -specifically where there is no Perfume/Parfume/Generic Fragrance listed otherwise my eyes burn and I get a headache. I tried it once not long after getting it, thought I just used too much and kept putting off using it again because it gave me headache, my eyes felt like they were on fire, and it smells SO BAD. And no I did not apply this to my face, the closet it got to my face was my arms. Finally tried it again tonight, got finished applying it and instantly smelt like perfumer's alcohol/fake scent (I don't know how else to describe it, it's horrible.) Decided to check the ingredients list and saw something at the bottom and the reason for it being there was fragrance, saw like three or four other items listed with the reason also being fragrance. Here's the thing something having a scent isn't what sets off my headaches and eyes burning (example I can have a lotion that's coconut scented if the reason it smells like coconut is because it has actual coconut/coconut product in it, my issues seemed to be caused by what I can only guess is something synthetic and only happens when I get something that's scented using Fragrance/Parfume or other generic name that doesn't actually say what's being used to give the product its scent). Sure enough hidden in the ingredient list, Parfume. It sucks, I was so excited I thought I'd found a fragrance free lotion, this stuff wasn't cheap either and it's past the return window. It's a very thick and nice lotion otherwise, but honestly even if you don't have a bad reaction to things that have Parfume/Generic undefined Fragrance in the product it smells horrible. I offered it to a friend who doesn't have issues with such things so it doesn't go to waste.

I actually love this lotion and the way it feels. It absorbs super fast, feels so light on my skin, and the scent isn't overwhelming. For really dry skin, like mine, you still only need one pump to cover both arms and one pump per leg. A full day later and my skin is just now starting to look a little dry again. If it was only based on that, I'd give it 5 stars. My only qualm is that this is the only BYOMA product that ranks higher on the EWG scale (meaning that it has more harmful ingredients). For this product, it's "fragrance". For their unscented, it's just Benzyl Alcohol, which is a known immunotoxicant/allergen. I will finish using the bottle, since I just bought it, I just wish I would have done a quick look at the ingredients and gotten the unscented one. For those who care about ingredients, remember you can't just trust the brand; check every product you use!

Amazing, this is my favourite body lotion, it smells amazing and goes on so smooth, it absorbs quickly so doesn’t leave skin feeling greasy, it is very moisturising and makes my skin feel stretchy and smooth, would definitely recommend

Scoperta per caso. Diciamo prezzo con quantità un buon compromesso. Arrivata nei tempi previsti anzi con un paio di giorni in anticipo. Detto ciò. Buon prodotto. Lascia la pelle bella idrata. Densa abbastanza veloce ad assorbire però non veloce come ero abituata io. Però è densa ma si stende bene. Posso essere abbastanza soddisfatta. La ricomprerei. Non lo so. Voto 7

Produit 100% recommandé pour sa composition et ses effets immédiats sur le teint et la souplesse de la peau. J’ai découvert ces produits aux USA et je suis ravie de les trouver en France. Le prix est très raisonnable.

A little goes a looooong way. This is a nice product. Spreads well, sinks into the skin and moisturises. Its not sticky or greasy.

Nice fragrance and feel to the lotion. Medium hydration. Only downside is that the pump doesn’t get all of the lotion out and lots of it is left inside. I have to remove the pump and lid to get the remaining lotion out.
