Always Discreet Post-partum UW XL, 14ct.

Absolutely love these. I started using the Always Discreet diapers as soon as we got home from the hospital. A few days later I started to notice I was HURTING. The burning and pain was rough. I stopped using the tucks pads and had some improvement but not much. It took me a whole extra day to realize that in very small font on a side in a corner of the packaging it mentioned being lightly scented. I rushed to find something else I could use and came across these. I bought two packs and THANK GOODNESS. They soak everything up, they fit very well, and they are MUCH thinner than the others I’d been using. These are so dang comfy. If you need something postpartum I highly, highly recommend these.

I recently tried these postpartum underwear, and they’ve been a lifesaver! They provide up to 12 hours of protection, which is perfect for both postpartum bleeding and occasional bladder leaks. Obsessed with these! They’re so comfortable and surprisingly don’t show through leggings! No issues with leaks at all. I’m normally 150 lbs but was around 190 when I delivered, so I got the large and the medium. Large was great for right after delivery and now I’m 170 and medium fits best. I’ve reordered these several times now and will continue tomorrow as needed!

These postpartum underwear were a game changer after my first delivery. I loved these so much more than doing a pad with disposable underwear because you don't have to worry about the pad shifting, bunching up, or anything like that, which made my postpartum journey much easier as I had several stitches and lots of pain. The only reason I did give them 4 stars, is I would say they run a tad small, or maybe I should have just sized up. I was a size 8 pants before pregnancy, and these fit, but were a bit tight. I also had super sensitive stretch marks, and the stretchy part irritated my skin just a bit and I was quite itchy (could just be my skin). I didn't wear these out of the house, but I don't think they are very bulky at all and probably wouldn't look bulky in most clothes. The 14 pack was just enough for my postpartum journey, but if you plan on changing every time you go to the bathroom, I would probably buy 2 packs.

I’m usually a medium in undergarments, but I wasn’t sure if I should size up like I did during pregnancy. I still ended up going with the S/M size. At first, they felt tight compared to the fit of the Frida mom disposable underwear & the disposable underwear the hospital provided. However, after keeping them on for a bit, they felt very supportive. I like these when I’m going out of the house and want a dry wear or when I’m at home and want to just add tucks pads/dermoplast. I personally would not have room for an ice pack in these - that would feel too tight. These do not require an additional pad. They also do not make my belly/stretch marks as itchy as the Frida disposable underwear do. I’ve found that a combo of a few postpartum underwear products helps for using them when it best suits the situation. I really like these and know I’ll end up using them longer after I’m done with the ice packs and tucks. They do not have a fragrance and the cost is very fair for the amount you get! I really like these material, which provides a soft and less itchy wear.

I loved everything about these but the size. I was a size 10 pre-pregnancy and so I figured these would fit! NOPE. They were so tight around my butt that I started chaffing, which wasn't fun freshly postpartum. I even started tearing up the sides a little to see if that would help the fit but they didn't. I eventually got the size L and it's been MUCH better.

Definitely would use these with my next kiddo! Super absorbent and comfortable, no leakage and pretty true to size. They even fit postpartum ice packs well, also holding them in place. Very soft and often felt like I was wearing normal underwear. These were SO much easier to deal with than pads, and fit much more comfortably.

Ummm yeah update to my review. My back is so unbelievably itchy and broke out in a rash didn’t even wear for an hour. DO NOT GET I will be filling out something to get my money back i wouldn’t give this to anyone or donate these are horrible.have I really don’t have sensitive skin Ok so I got these obviously for after birth. However I am using / testing one out beforehand. And honestly I’d say it’s a no. I’m using one rn to see if my water broke and in the back it’s got like a flap of fabric that is super itchy. The front is weird and so is the back by butt I feel like my cheeks aren’t fully covered they are almost like a cheeky underwear: however size fits good not big not small just right. With this all being said I’d say this would be most ideal for like a few weeks postpartum/ when your bleeding slows down. But again for the price I’d say spend a little more and get you some always old lady depends.
