I’ve gotten this pet carrier, (medium in black with red trim) for my small dog a couple of times. My dog is 7.5 pounds and fits comfortably in the medium case. What is important to me is that it is not a heavy case so carrying my dog in it is manageable, even when walking long distances through an airport or train station. It has an outside pocket for an emergency wee wee pad and a couple of paper towels.One thing I noticed, the gray case is a touch heavier and has a slightly different design. But I kept this as a backup. Both black abs the gray cases are extremely well made and last. The zippers on the case are easy to open and close, but they are secure and stay closed as needed. Quality product at a reasonable price.

I took this on the plane with me and my cat was comfy and it fit really nice under the seat

Me gusta mucho para llevar de viaje a mí Yorky, visita al veterinario, fácil de transportar, liviano, práctico con todos los zipper de acceso y las correas, me hubiese gustado que el colchoncito hubiese sido de color oscuro de ambos lados y no blanco, pero igual es una buena inversión, con una toallita o colchita.

I love this carrier compared to the hard shell ones its easy to unzip and fold to store easy to zip up to use it has a leash inside that hooks to the animals collar the pad doesn't hold up well when washed even on delicate and air dried but the carrier itself is great!

Very sturdy

Nice quality, soft, decent construction and the dog is at least as happy in here as he was in more expensive versions. One issue, the sides don't 'stand up' as well when unzipped as more expensive soft-sided carriers. This makes it a two-handed effort to zip it. If you have a squirmy dog, or one trying to get back out, it wouldn't be easy. Ours loves the bag so rarely would try to get out while we need two hands to zip but it's a consideration. I wish the sides were a little more solidly constructed to hold better shape when unzipped.

Excellent functionality for my 20 lb puppy. Good value for the price. The shoulder strap isn’t comfortable. end door has to be zipped up if the side door is open or the carrier caves in. I had my pup enter from the side door. Ultimately returned this carrier bc my friend loaned my a carrier of the same size (Sherpa brand) and it worked better bc the Sherpa brand didn’t have a side door and thus didn’t collapse when the end door was unzipped. And the loaner was free. Otherwise I would’ve kept this carrier and replaced the shoulder strap with a strap from another bag I own.

A good, well-made and surprisingly sturdy and roomy carrier. Unfortunately, I have had to return it as, when I assembled it, I realised that it was not suitable for my cat who always has accidents of both kinds on the way to and from the vets! I was looking for a carrier that would allow easy 'shoving-in' (the cat has old back leg injuries): the door and top access on the present out-grown rigid plastic carrier were small and resulted in a very stressed cat and an even more stressed slave not wanting to hurt his back legs. Putting 12lb of anger into the rigid carrier by myself was nigh on impossible - this soft-sided carrier seemed perfect and I would recommend it, except if your cat has a large bladder and pees from squatting to upright, never mind the other, er, evacuation....

Bought 2 of these for my cats to replace the old plastic carriers. These were simple to construct and easy to get both cats in on first attempt. I’m fact, younger cat stayed inside the carrier for a while even though the door was open.Initially bought a 45cm one, but that was definitely too small for the cats. This one is perfect size wise.We haven’t been outside yet or travelled in the car, so I hope the seatbelt goes round it securely.

I was a bit confused at first as my other soft carrier has 'rods' to stop the carrier collapsing. It took me a second to get both ends zipped up for the carrier to become 'sturdy' and in the correct shape. My issue here is if you try to open at either end the carrier will collapse, not ideal. Kitty can only get in/out either through the top or the side. My other one you can access from the top, side and end. I will only be using this as a spare and will be securing both ends somehow so it isn't accidentally opened at the end and kitty escaping.

I found this just what I needed, it is strong enough to carry my large cat easily and has zip closure which is better and less stressful for my cat than the plastic cages with clip closure which he was always getting out of.
