Worked for a month before the blade stopped heating. Been waiting 2 days for tech support to get back to me.

Real Review
Has serious issues when running with hot knife on. Motor jams up after it gets to tempature. Works for 15 min then jams...Forget about accurate measured cuts....ive wasted more material because it doesnt cut correctly...my recomendation skip this one.....garbage

Great value pipe cutter with case
Nice kit in a box - that was important to me because when not in use it sits on a shelve until needed - I write pipe cutter on case with a silver sharpie

Does not fit on 2" copper pipe.
Will not work on 2" copper tubing. Too small.
