Purchased For : Rs. 2184/- Over a month of usage, bought it for my old LG Double Door 330Ltr Refrigerator & wasn't disappointed. Pros: * Built Quality is good, Stabilizer feels Sturdy * 5 Year warranty offered by V-Guard * Works flawlessly. There will be 2-3 mins delay after power resumes from a cut-off, the stabilizer won't allow the fridge to turn on during that time. * Comes with 16A heavy plug for better stability of Higher capacity refrigerators. Shortcomings: * No digital reading provided for Voltage input & output like in their VGSD 50 Smart Stabilizer. Product comes with just input/output indicator. * The back side of the stabilizer where the refrigerator's plug needs to be inserted is not that sturdy. Felt fragile & cheap plastic to me so need to be careful. Conclusion: Overall it is a good product considering the brand value of V-Guard & warranty offered. A sense of safety & peace of mind is felt with V-Guard. Recommended, even if there are no frequent power outages in your area.

The stabilizer works well and its performance is good. However, when I received the delivery and opened the package, all the internal components had come loose and were scattered inside. Since I am an electrician, I was able to open the stabilizer, reassemble the loose components, and use it without any problem. Fortunately, none of the components were broken or damaged despite coming loose during delivery. The product performance is good, but the packaging needs to be improved to prevent the internal components from coming loose during transportation.

Very poor product and service experience. Within 2–3 months of purchase, the stabilizer stopped working properly. When my refrigerator is connected through the stabilizer, it does not function correctly. However, when the refrigerator is connected directly without the stabilizer, it works perfectly—clearly indicating an issue with the stabilizer. When I first visited the service center, they took my product but never followed up. Upon physically visiting again, I found that the service center was closed. After raising a request, I was informed that I could collect my product from another service center. However, after bringing it home, the same issue persisted. I visited the service center a second time, handed over the product again, and clearly explained the issue. Despite waiting for two months, I received no response from the service personnel. When I requested an inspection or service report detailing the work performed, the service representative refused to provide it, and the product remained unfixed. The product is defective and unreliable, and the after-sales support has been extremely disappointing. Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience, and I am highly dissatisfied with both the product and the service provided by V-Guard.
