I take 1 before bedtime and have found that my sleep is uninterrupted. When I stopped taking it for a month I started waking up again every morning between 2:00 and 3:00 am, and my concentration and focus were not good at all. When I started taking it again I noticed a huge difference; I once again sleep though the night uninterrupted, and my concentration, focus/cognitive function has improved immensely. In short, THIS BRAND WORKS!

I am very happy with this product and have taken it for years. Best on its own, at first, as it increases the effects of Alpha GPC, if taken together. I used to take both Apha GPC and Citicoline, along with Longlifenutri’s Uridine. However, I am now only taking 2 of the Citicoline daily, and dropped the others. My husband still takes all three. Presently, as of 1.4.24, it is out of stock. I certainly hope Longlifenutri does not discontinue this formula!

Citicoline effects are long term. They can't be measured over a few weeks or even months. The best one can do is buy a product that has been tested, and is from a reputable manufacture, and use it consistently over long term. Citicoline is a mononucleotide which is composed of choline, cytosine, pyrophosphate and ribose. It is an essential intermediate in the synthesis of cell membrane phospholipids i.e. Phosphatidylcholine and Acetylcholine, a key neurotransmitter.

I have been using citicoline for a while from top sellers here on amazon. For my last reorder, i decided to give this new brand a try due to its more affordable price and also better on quantity. I didnt expect too much but tbh this brand quality is not worse than others at all. I will reorder more from this seller for sure.

We've been taking this supplement for over two years. We can attest that we feel it is helping with short term memory. it may also help with long term memory, it's just that our long term memory seems to be not to effected with our age. So, take it for awhile, a year and see what you feel. We take one 300mg capsule a day in the morning.

Taking this chemical while on prescription MAOIs is strongly discouraged.".....................I'm on Nardil, an MAOI medication. I had only been taking the two combined for a few days and then started having the most horrific nightmares I've had in my life. The odd thing was the nightmares continued every night as if it were a continuing TV series, each night was worse. I stopped taking the Citicoline and the nightmares stopped cold. I believe if I were to continue taking the two, other negative and probably dangerous effects would have taken place.If your taking any MAOI medication, such as Marplan, Nardil, Emsam or Parnate, do not take Citicoline or at least consult with your Physician first. The reason Citicoline effects those taking MAOI's is basically because they both are chemical messengers (neurotransmitters) used to communicate between brain cells and effecting the brains chemistry......MAOI meds and how they work, are not new to me, I have been taking them (Nardil) everyday for 36 years.Anyone manufacturing Citicoline should at least have a warning on the label about interactions with MAOI's.
