It does help as I start my day. I only recently started drinking coffee about a week and half ago to support my health journey and support the additional protein present in my diet. The natural caffeine provides a little boost as a pre-workout, which I like. My wife loves the different flavors and finds them useful to support her needs. If particularly draggy, she can use the Balanced or Ease. If she's fine or her stomach is a bit sensitive she can choose the Calm, which also works for her later in the day if she needs to opt for no coffee in the morning.
