It includes power cord, USB cord if you need one ( I use it with my phone and Bluetooth ), a starter set of labels, Quick Start Guide, full printed manual, and even a USB Drive PC driver plus an USB A to USB C adapter, if like me, your laptop doesn't have a USB A port. See picture1 for everything that was included in the box. The product arrived quickly and without damage as it was well packaged.Picture 2 shows the set up. You just need to attach the power cord, open the top with the little button on the side to insert the labels, close the lid and push the button. Follow your mobile device and the Labelnize app instructions to pair and connect to the printer and you are ready to go. The printer even aligns the labels for you! DO REMEMBER TO BE SURE TO INSERT THE LABELS WITH THE RIGHT SIDE UP!! I also found the Labelnize app to be easy to download and follow. You don't need to be a computer Geek to use it. There are also many templates to use, icons and drawings to insert or you can make your own designs. In fact, I found it easy transfer some old labels into the app and format them to use in the PL80E.Overall I found the price reasonable, the size compact and the label quality good. I'm looking forward to many years of use. I would definitely recommend it to friend looking for a label printer.

I ordered the Polono PL80E Thermal Printer in Grey, to use for my business and personal use. I am a teacher and I help run our student store at school. We have used this printer to remake UPC labels that are easier to read and scan, and beautiful item labels for our merchandise. In one week, we have received numerous compliments from students- and that is saying something that they have taken notice! This labels maker is super easy to use on the app, it is VERY fast, quiet, and clean. We even got different labels for different projects we have coming up in our club, and I am making address labels with it. I love that there is no ink to replace since it is a thermal printer. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this label maker printer to anyone who is looking to streamline their label creation process, and have some fun at the same time!

I like the small size and weight of the printer. It is easy to put in a laptop case etc. It came with everything I needed to start up including several 4 x 6 labels, cords, a USB with the drivers and a USB to usb-c converter. It was very easy to set up on my phone. I downloaded the labelnize software and it connected to the printer right away. The labels are very easy to load. I did not have a shipping type lable to print so I printed a line drawing and a photograph both of which I was very happy with. They both printed within seconds. I did try to print from my computer with the usb cable but couldnt get it set up but the phone to printer setup was easy. This is a nice printer for the money.

I absolutely love this! So glad I made the choice to buy this size after purchasing the smaller one and loving that one! I love the ability to customize it anyway I need to right from my phone and with the simple tap of a button a beautiful label is being printed! Set it was so easy and the user side of the application is easy iven if you're not creative! The size is still compact enough to not take up a bunch of room on my desk which I love. I do wish it had more color options for aesthetics but all in all great little labels!

This thing is complete scrap! I am an IT Systems Specialist but could not get this thing to print. Windows Driver installs and creates a folder in C drive called PROGRAM, which is a direct conflict with windows operating system and cannot be used. But nevermind that... I was able to install the driver and get this thing set up but when I tried to print to it, it sent the shipping labels to my HP printer instead, wasting the stupid HP ink subscription pages (that's another story and something all should avoid), regardless of which printer was selected to print to. Running a test print from system dialogue results in 3 labels being pulled the printer, but nothing printed on any of them. Repeated attempts to contact customer service resulted in getting emails asking me to answer my own questions. Replies to those emails resulted in NOTHING. RETURN!

Using included labels couldn't be easier, adjusting contrast and depth to make perfect results with the myriad of options from stickers and shipping labels to ingredients or whatever you can imagine with custom options.Product feels robust, and well manufactured. Setup is a breeze, after placing the label in the tray the device finds the edge easily. Printing stickers from my devices gallery was a blast.Easy to use, endless options, great quality and fast results. Def recommend.
