Great label maker! Not sure what expensive brands have that this doesnt, because this one is fast, and ready to use right out the box.

This machine does what it was made to do. The labels come out crisp and clean. The labels that come with it are rather flimsy, but there aren't that many, so you will be able to replace them with the quality of your choice. It prints the labels straight with no wonkiness. The instructions are easy enough to follow, but if you have ever used a thermal label printer before it works and loads just like the others. The footprint won't take up a lot of desk space, which is a plus. I can find no reason not to buy one if you need one.

Absolute trash. Bought one of these last year for the office, i love it, it auto connects and works from 70ft away, prints instantly. This is the newer updated model, I got for home use, I hate it, it never stays connected, im 10 ft away and it cant find the printer. It'll make 4 labels then loses connection, i have to unplug and reconnect the printer and does it again. It takes 10 to upwards of 45 seconds to print.

I have had no issues with the printer I use it for my eBay Business. A tad tricky to get set up and format and such But I was able to do it with my limited IT knowledge and a few google searches.

10/10 ima new business owner using Shopify and I print all my labels with this very first time user friendly

This is easy to set up, and a cool little gadget! However, after downloading the app, it keeps connecting and disconnecting from Bluetooth. Also, the biggest reason for 3 stars is because the app is very user unfriendly. I spent so much time trying to get a a mailing label printed to the right size. I finally had to use my desktop printer instead because this didn’t print out to the right size. It was way too small.

Great little printer, very versatile, takes a great range of label sizes. It's practically all you need in one printer. Very happy with it.

Ich war auf der Suche nach einem zuverlässigen Labeldrucker, mit dem sich auch größere Etiketten sauber drucken lassen. Da ich bereits einen kleinen Phomemo‑Labeldrucker (Q31) besitze und mit diesem sehr zufrieden bin, habe ich mich erneut bei Phomemo umgesehen und bin auf den D530Pro gestoßen. Mein Hauptanwendungsfall sind Versandetiketten. Laut den Spezifikationen schien der Drucker dafür perfekt geeignet – also bestellt und von Amazon wie gewohnt sehr schnell geliefert. Beim Auspacken war ich zunächst etwas erstaunt über die Größe des Geräts. Relativ schnell wurde jedoch klar: Hier handelt es sich um ein professionelles Gerät, das eher für den gewerblichen Einsatz als für den reinen Haushalt konzipiert ist. Die Größe ist notwendig, um große Etikettenrollen aufnehmen zu können, und auch der Thermodruckkopf ist deutlich leistungsfähiger als bei typischen Consumer‑Geräten, bei denen Druckgeschwindigkeit weniger relevant ist. Unterm Strich entspricht die Bauform genau den Druckern, die man aus Paketshops kennt. Lieferumfang Der Lieferumfang ist vollständig und durchdacht: *Netzteil *USB‑Kabel *USB‑C‑Adapter (praktisch für moderne Laptops) *Anleitung *Eine kleine Rolle Etiketten im typischen 6x4 Format (ca. 150 × 100 mm) Anschlussmöglichkeiten Der D530Pro lässt sich flexibel anbinden: *USB *Bluetooth (sehr praktisch für Smartphone oder Tablet) *LAN (von mir bisher noch nicht getestet) Für den Betrieb wird die App „Labelife“ genutzt. Diese ließ sich problemlos installieren und ermöglicht es, Etiketten frei zu gestalten. Praxis & Nutzung Die Einrichtung war vollkommen unkompliziert, der Drucker wurde sofort erkannt Erstes Label erstellt, auf „Drucken“ geklickt – und dann: Wow! Der Drucker „spuckt“ das Etikett förmlich aus. Kein langsames, zeilenweises Drucken mit knarzenden Geräuschen, sondern ein kurzes, kräftiges „ssssst“ – fertig. Die Druckdauer liegt gefühlt unter einer Sekunde. Auch Retourenlabels habe ich bereits erfolgreich gedruckt. Hier ist etwas Bastelarbeit notwendig, was jedoch nicht am Drucker liegt, sondern daran, dass DHL & Co. im Privatkundenbereich solche Druckerformate leider nicht nativ unterstützen. Mein Workaround: Retourenlabel scannen, als Bild bzw. Screenshot in das Etikett einfügen und drucken. Wichtig ist hierbei, dass der Barcode sauber und kontrastreich bleibt – das hat bei mir problemlos funktioniert. Neben Versandetiketten lassen sich viele weitere Etikettenformate bedrucken, darunter auch runde Labels. Da der D530Pro mit Standard‑Etiketten arbeitet, gibt es eine große Auswahl kompatibler Etiketten von Drittanbietern auf dem Markt. Fazit Ein schneller, leistungsstarker und professioneller Labeldrucker, der genau das tut, was er soll. Ich freue mich inzwischen tatsächlich jedes Mal, wenn ich ein Etikett drucken muss – oder darf. 😊

This was a nightmare to even try to get working. What a bizarre system. I currently use a Vretti label printer which is FANTASTIC!! I love it. The only reason I was looking to move away from the Vretti was because it's cabled connection only when using MAC and this Phomemo printer seemed to offer Bluetooth Mac printing which was just something I really wanted to utilise in order to slim down my desk clutter. ... Well I can say with confidence that a direct Bluetooth connection does NOT work!! Once the printer was switched on it does appear in the Mac's BT devices list with the option to connect but the connection simply would not work. I finally figured out that this apparently requires an app in order to utilise the BT function... Already sceptical I gave it a try (the app has 1.5 stars for a global rating) and although I was able to connect the BT via the app after downloading it still did not allow the printer to label print directly via Bluetooth. You need to download labels and import them into the app software prior to printing via the app. Madness!! I need to print labels directly from eBay. What a farce. Total waste of time!! Furthermore I tried out the USB connection just to see how the printer worked. Maybe when cabled it would be even better than my Vretti?? No... It was not... I'm printing 4 x 6 labels and this printer seems to have a default print size of around 2 inches so it kept printing out a 4x6 label with just about 1/4 of the label filled with the image. I tried to fix the printer defaults but found that even this can only be done via the terrible app (which requires the labels to be imported prior to printing). Utter madness. Genuinely a terrible experience. One of the most overly complicated products I've ever tried to set up. It DOES NOT work as a direct bluetooth printer. Only buy this if you have a use for a middle-man app/software prior to printing your labels. I'm yet to find any thermal label printer which prints directly via BT from Mac... Until I do I'll be forever thankful for my Vretti, which is excellent!
