I picked up this KastKing fillet knife for weekend fishing trips, and it’s been awesome so far. The blade is super sharp and flexible, which makes filleting really easy. It’s a good size—big enough to handle decent-sized fish, but not bulky. The build quality is solid. It feels well-made and not cheap at all. The handle has a nice grip, and the knife has a good weight to it—light enough to handle easily, but heavy enough to feel sturdy. The lock mechanism on the sheath is a nice touch. It clicks in securely so I don’t have to worry about it coming loose in my gear bag. Definitely a thoughtful design. For the price, this knife is a great value. It feels like something that should cost more. I actually ended up buying another one as a gift for a buddy who fishes, and he was really happy with it too. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a quality fillet knife without spending a ton.

Exactly as advertised. Lightweight, sharp as heck, and has a good hand feel! Processed this seasons deer with ease. The cover stores it away safely. The blade is versatile for fine cuts for large cuts. Easy to clean too!

Honestly the best filet knife I've ever had Very affordable Not very cute looking (manufactory please take notes) I would welcome them in soft pastel colors But wow, I filet my own snapper and even hard fish like Old Wife fish Who needs a monger when you can easily do this yourself now

Very sharp works well Value for money: Great value for the cost

This is hands down the best fillet knife I have ever had. I use this for deer processing, and it makes the work go so fast and enjoyable. The handle is comfortable, and the blade stays razor sharp. I have many other knives at my disposal, but this is the one I reach for the most. The quality of the knife and steel is every bit as good as anything you can buy, no matter the price. Also, their customer service is as good as it gets. 100% recommend!

Flexible and very sharp as advertised

I first ordered a lower priced knife from the same company and did not like it. I tried this one and was so much better for a few dollars more. Fit my hand and felt like it would not slip out when wet. Blade was better quality also. Customer service from seller was helpful with the new purchase

I recently started buying fresh fish from the farmers market and tried Branzino. Using this knife it es very easy to cut off tail , head and fins. I was also able to cut those professionally looking slits to make it look extra special. I give this knife 10/10
