Great for adding solar panels to the roof of your camper
These worked great for adding solar panels to the roof of our truck camper. We made our own roof rack to attach them too.

Heavy duty item, would buy again.
Heavy duty steel, works with EW ground mount system struts. Way better than those provided in the EW kit. Need to be able to line it up with a hole in the Unistrut as the bolt is long. Will buy again.

6mm allen wrench to tighten the clamp, you may need a wedge for thicker panels.
Pretty well made, with a 6mm allen head bolt to tighten them. I used these in conjunction with the SPMC158 mid panel clamps to mount some Peimar DR10H450M (FB) solar panels. These panels are 1.37" (35mm) thick. Since these SPEC158 clamps are designed for a minimum panel thickness of 1.18", the side plate of the clamp does not contact the uni-strut that is being mounted to, and the clamp can move. I solved this by using some surplus angle-iron steel (an old metal bed frame!), which I painted with some zinc galvanizing paint. Overall - the clamps, along with the angle iron wedges, work well. Photos are of the clamps with the angle iron added.

Perfect for normal unistrut from Home Depot
They work perfectly for normal unistrut from Home Depot. Only complaint is company needs to provide the tool to tighten everything.

Good quality 1 drawback
I wanted to use unistrut as my track material. These were the perfect clamps for this usage. They're strong and hold the panels well but they don't quite hold squarely between the panel and the unistrut.
