Excellent so far so excellent I stay I man Washington DC this bike is a beast in the city. Went out for 30min and people yelling in cars “hey WTF is that!!!” This bike is amazing Did not receive rack at all will change from 3 to a five when they contact me Received all items did not know they ship out separately everything is excellent Have a slight malfunction in the throttle trying to see if I can get a replacement Other then that this is hands down the best Ebike on the market super sturdy and you feel super safe a high speeds Updated review Attention when buying this bike, please take special care of it It’s like having a car As long as you take care of it, it will take care of you. The support team is super responsive. Anytime I need a key for a replacement I was able to get in contact with someone from support team and the situation was always remedied immediately. I also did receive everything that was included I didn’t realize things were being sent out and separate package explode. You will get everything!!!

* Delivered in 7 days. It arrived in 2 separate boxes. The bike with battery attached in one box and the front wheel with all the accessories in the other. * The rear rack shipped separately in a third box and arrived in 15 days. * Assembly wasn’t too difficult by myself. Stands and jacks aren’t necessary, just keep the bike upright as you go through the installation process. PRO TIP: Install the rear shock BEFORE the front wheel. Otherwise, it’s too difficult to keep the bike balanced while you install the shock (assuming you’re by yourself). * The 3-pin connector for the twist throttle was smashed upon opening the box. I cut the broken connector off, spliced a new connector that I had laying around, and it worked. * I contacted Eahora customer service via the Amazon messenger and they shipped me a replacement throttle at no extra cost which arrived in 7 days. * Max speed I’ve hit so far, according to my Garmin, is 50.1 mph. For reference, I’m 5’7” and 160 lbs. * From a fully charged battery, I did about 35 miles with both motors on the highest setting, throttle only, and ended with about 65% charge remaining. Average speed for that ride was 22 mph; max speed was 47 mph. * Once the seat is broken in, it becomes extremely uncomfortable after about 15 minutes of riding. I could feel the ribs of the plastic underneath the padding. I reupholstered the seat and added 3 inches of foam padding which helped. * For the price point, it should have a more comfortable seat and better suspension. It should also include turn signals. * Overall, it’s a great bike. It’s perfect for my needs which is daily commuting (about 15-20 miles on average) and joy riding. I wanted an ebike that can keep up with traffic around town and has long range. This bike checks both boxes. * Customer service has also communicated well (responds within 24 hours) and have resolved my issues with no problems.

I love the eahora Romeo pro 2 e-bike have i ride it every day and have had 0 problems i would definitely recommend this e-bike to anyone that is looking into getting one highly recommend
