Iron Studios Art Scale Batman 89 (DLC Series) Arkham Knight 1/10

The detail on this piece is amazing. Package came fast and safe. I loved the box it came in. The cape is somewhat of a drag. I wish it was actual fabric so I can adjust the position of the cape. It a great, wonderful collectible. I'm very happy that I got this piece and added to my collection. Great Job! And thank you!

Batman came with a black chin and a messed up eye, see photo. Iron Studios is saying this is “normal” and not defective product, refused to exchange item, is telling me that I have to pay for return and restocking fee....total insanity. I told them that if this is normal why dont the photos on the website advertise Batman with a chin covered in overspray and an eye mask that covers into one of the eyes? Ill bet they wouldn’t sell as many, if any. Very disappointed in the quality and customer service. Buyer beware!!!!
