Just what I wanted
I do t-bar rows just by putting one end of an olympic bar in a corner, load the weights on the other end, then use a v handle attachment over the bar then row. I wanted a way to get a wider grip because the v handle is close grip and I wanted to work my back at a better angle. Normally Id just do a standard wide grip overhand barbell row but the lat blaster allows me to get that wider grip while using my old t-bar row setup. I like using this bar better than standard barbell rows because it seems that it works the upper back well without the stress on the lower back with the bent over row. Also its a lot easier to do drop sets when the weight is basically right in front of you. I still rotate my back exercises as well as grip width on the various exercises but this attachment will get a lot of use.Theres a T-Bar Row Platform you hook onto a power rack that I am thinking about getting to do the rows with. I have never had a problem with the end of the bar I stick in the corner sliding around but I suppose it could happen. That item should show up on the "customers who bought this item also bought...." area on this items page.

Works Perfect
The attachment works perfect. I put my Olympic bar into a land mine and then place this on the end with some weight and I'm ready to go. It allow my to do bent over rows and really targets your lats differently. I used to have to grab the middle of the bar, but now my hands don't get cut up. I paid $31.99 for this on Amazon with Prime. The construction is pretty good. The grips are solid and comfortable in my hands when rowing. Body Solid makes pretty good reliable products. The hook on the top of the bar is for standard bars. It comes out with when using an Olympic Bar and isn't in your way when working out. The contour of the lat blaster bar allows you to really bring the weight in closer to your body for a better pinch of the muscles. I would recommend this to anyone looking to develop their lat muscles.I also recommend this with a land mine for stability, if not put the opposite end in a corner and that should do.

Great Addition to Home-gym
Great addition to your home gym. I would’ve given Blaster five stars, however, the bolt used to tighten the Blaster in place isn’t the easiest thing to use.

Great lat bar
Received it today, and I absolutely love it. I was just using the barbell with a hammer grip, which doesn't hit the lats as well as with the lat bar. For anyone who purchases one and finds that it does not fit on your bar, though, take a look inside the hole for imperfections in the tooling. When I first tried to slip it on my Olympic bar, it got stuck about halfway on. I looked inside and saw a slight nub. It took about thirty seconds to knock it off with a flat head screw driver and a hammer and it was good to go. For the person who gave this item a one-star rating, I wonder if your lat bar may have a similar imperfection. Anyway, great piece of equipment!

Just what I needed
This is a great product. I used a similar set-up at the gym, with a padded rest for me to lay on, and the stretch and size of bar was always awkward to use. This one, along with the T-Bar Row Platform, is, in my opinion, so much better. I can actually use more weight, twice as much, actually, using this set-up than that at the gym, and it feels much more natural. It is worth every penny. Actually, I was surprised how much more weight one can use after just a few weeks of use. I have a bar dedicated to this and slipping it into the base unit I bought with it is very easy, and after adding plates, I'm ready to lift in less than a minute.

is fine for its intended use
I would confirm an earlier review which says that the locking mechanism is a joke. The handle itself, although it is hollow tubing and not really gym quality, is fine for its intended use. The locking pin, however, is made from a metal that is much too soft for its intended purpose. On top of that, the threading on the pin is very coarse and it is then chromed, all of which contributes to the pin not smoothly functioning to lock the collar in place on the bar. Thus, it is very difficult to get the pin tight enough to keep the handle and collar from spinning on the bar and then, almost impossible to loosen the pin once tight as the coarse threads with the additional chrome coating tend to stick in the collar. Unfortunately, once the pin is stuck it will bend very easily as you attempt to untighten it as the pin is made from a metal which is way too soft for its intended purpose. Once the pin bends, as in the pictures below, it is unusable for locking the collar and handle to a bar. This happened to me the second time I used the bar within a week of it arriving. To make matters worse, I received no assistance with the problem from the vendor, OJ Commerce. I reported the matter to them but it seems as if their customer service system is automated and not actively monitored. They asked for the part number and for me to send pictures. There was no part number on the pin and I was unable to get their system to upload my pictures but I did send them a message responding to their request with the additional information. They then sent me an email the following day stating that my case had been closed without actually responding to the message that I had sent them. I then made a second attempt and was told afterwards that 30 days had elapsed and the return period had expired despite the fact that I wasn't requesting a return. Their picture uploading system did not work well which could be part of the problem but they provide no alternative means of contacting them. I subsequently sent a request to Body Solid along with pictures and received no response at all, which is inconsistent with my previous history with them but, for what it is worth, is exactly what happened in this case.
