It tasted pretty good I've never used it before it made nice for my hair ends just literally only a dad will do otherwise you look like a grease monkey. I didn't really know if my immune system any better I had it for 30 days I guess I used it fast I also shared it with my husband I thought it was a nice product I couldn't really tell you if it did anything from my health I only used it until it was gone

Great for pain relief in carrier oil.
I put it in Joboboa carrier oil with couple other oils to make a pain relief oil for my husband. It takes the edge off the pain and soothes.
