Axe
I like that Axe gives you a variety pack of scents. The twist tops are also a nice accent so it doesn’t accidentally spray in a suit case or what not. The twist tops are easy to twist open and close. The scents:Black Vanilla: It is a combination of orange and sandalwood. From a distance when sprayed into the air, it smells very woodsy. I can’t smell any citrus at all. Up close it smells more like a men’s cologne, still woodsy but i detect a sweet note of something. I still don’t smell any citrus, but i smell something sweet. I don’t particularly care for this scent.Pure Coconut: It is a combination of eucalyptus and oak. This scent is definitely very oaky. I don’t really smell the eucalyptus but when i do, it smells sweet. I don’t smell any coconut but i do detect a creamy note of something. I can’t pinpoint what it is but this scent is definitely an interesting one and i like it.Watermelon Freeze: It is a combination of Key Lime and Sage. Overall, it smells very fresh. I would say the balance of both notes are equally there. I smell both the sage and the key lime. The lime notes smell kind of sweet but still has a tang of citrus in it. I also smell some ripe, watermelon in it too. This is an interesting scent.Cherry Spritz: It is a combination of Red Apple and Amber. This scent is definitely full of amber and definitely a manly scent. I can’t smell much fruit on this one due to the Amber overpowering it but there is a lil bit of fruit on it. I don’t smell any cherry and i do not think it smells anything like cherry cola. As overpowering as the amber is, i feel like this is one of lighter scents in the pack. For $32 ($8 each bottle), you are getting 4 different scents of deodorant. My experience with Axe is that they last a long time. I’m still not done with the 4 pack i got last year. I would say it’s worth the money. The twist top makes each can easy to use.

You either like it or you don't, but they work
I have never been big on overwhelming smells to cover up body odor and luckily I have never needed it. Some people aren't as lucky and this might be necessary for daily use. I found some of this variety pack to be usable and some of them reminded me of a blue haired old lady. I would prefer not to smell like a blue haired old lady. Maybe it is just in my mind, but I won't be using those for sure. I won't be using the variety pack in the future, but wished I would have liked the selection better. If you have the need for these, they all smell better than the alternative. I prefer to smell like soap or shampoo and don't want my odor or masking odor to arrive before I do.I did like the twist top that keeps it from accidentally spraying in a bag or suitcase. It seems like they would last forever the way I would use them. Used sparingly, none of the variety were a terrible smell. I just didn't like them all for me, but how do you know to you try them. Once I apply them, it seems to stay to my next shower and definitely masks my scent. I don't sweat alot or have much natural odor so I can't comment on how effective it is for controlling that.

I love it, simple & sweet (but strong)
These are super fun gourmand scents. My main concern with these was that the smell would be too strong. They still are distinctly AXE strength, but much more interesting, sweet, and less extreme. It can hard to balance the strength since the scents are light and sweet but easily overpowering, much stronger than cologne. What I love is that they're like simple note scents, so you'd be able to 'mix' them. The fine fragrances line also has darker and earthier scents, so you'd theoretically be able to layer them for the perfect note.My favorite from the bunch is vanilla. It is a main component in all my favorite fragrances, so it's simple and widely applicable. It is somewhat nuanced like a cologne, not smelling like a candle or vanilla extract. It's a very typical soft, complex vanilla. My second favorite is cherry-- it's kind of like a cherry note in soda, a little sweeter and more candylike than the vanilla. Watermelon is one of my favorite flavors, but I like it less as a fragrance. The watermelon freeze scent is fresh but very fruity, maybe a bit artificial. I'm generally not a fan of coconut, so I can't say whether the coconut scent is particularly good, bad, or odd. It is very easy to tell the scents apart and make out what they're supposed to be.At ~$30 for the 4, I think these are priced fairly. They should be used in moderation as to not be overpowering, so they last a good while, and are a cheaper fragrance option than colognes or perfumes. I love that this line has more basic/essential options rather than hyper specific combinations. I wish that the scent lasted a bit longer and wasn't as intense the first hour of using, but it still lasts a decent while and I'll learn to make it last better.
