This looks like a good purchase, but unfortunately it comes apart. It unscrews with the weight of the weights that you’re trying to use with it so it’s really not safe. We did not return it because we were at a remote location. It would not have been easy to return, but I would not recommend this product

Great product for cable machines, however, it broke after about 6 uses. Received 4/19. Broke 6/24. No more than 30-35lbs of weight was used. Did schedule a UPS pickup/return and replacement. Will try another one. Disappointed it broke so quickly.

Great concept I have a dual cable system and this is versatile in many different ways. You can use this as a bar to weight lift with or as a bar to bridge the two cables together to use both stacks and then connect another attachment in the middle. Only complaints I have is using it on my bicep curls wider grip I use the whole bar and if I grip it on the screw lines for the side pieces it will un screw as you lift. Also, the middle attachment part is great cause it does rotate however any type of heavy weight that part is creaking alot wondering how much that will hold up as I go heavier. Love the bar though cause I needed something to bridge the gap for other attachments and I needed a straight bar that broke down for other exercises.
