I received my items on Friday, packaging was great, opened it voila there it was I love the the texture and moreso the black and red stripes they just match perfect with my lifting shoes. 😁I haven't used the knee straps yet since I did my legday on Thursday. I used my the wrist straps today on Monday (backday) and I'll tell you this they are comfortable and my grip was amazing. I ended lifting 30lbs extra over my max. In just 30 min my back was filled with blood pumping from all the body just to get me going. I do have weak wrist and I am working on them but with the straps I felt like a saiyan god. Remember it's not the traps that do the lifting but you , the traps just give you extra support to avoid any injuries. I'll update soon after I hit a few legdays. But for now I highly recommend this package deal.

Knee straps are way too small for my legs and the wrist straps are not even heavy duty.

Why..after years of lifting...Haven't I jumped in straps??!! They make all difference.. My wrist are jacked up.. And when it comes to squats Im always told I dont go down enough. Well.. Now i can curl n bench pain free and can mow go past parallel when it comes to squats!! I can finally get glutes!! Lol! I feel super safe and 💯% when strapped up!

Great support for the wrist when going heavy.I use it for curling and back exercise. Great if your are a power lifters also when working out with dumbells. Knee wraps are comfortable and easy to strap on great support for squats and leg press.

Great deal for the price. The knee wraps are long enough and give great support during squats. The wrist wraps have helped alot with my wrist pain when doing heavy dips/flat bench. Highly recommend this brand for lifters on a budget!
