Great Sound
I have a large room with a vaulted ceiling and was looking for a sound bar solution that would fill the space with quality sound for both music listening and home theater uses. After looking around and trying out another high-end sound bar, I finally settled on the FS-5000. I have now had the the FS-5000 for about a month now and am extremely satisfied with my purchase. I am glad to say that I have rediscovered the pleasure of listening to music again as a result of my FS-5000 purchase (in a previous life I considered myself somewhat of an amateur audiophile). The speakers in the FS-5000 nicely fill the gap between the sub-woofer and the mid-frequency ranges, resulting in low-end bass response that is crisp and punchy, not muddy or non-existent like in many of the other sound bars I listened to. The imaging produced by the FS-5000 is also very good given the limited separation of the front speakers (the soundbar is 50" wide). However, for use in a home theater you will still need a separate subwoofer and rear channel speakers for a complete solution. Bottom line, if you are looking for a high-end sound bar capable of producing sound quality that is as close as you can get to a good pair of separate speakers (in a 50" package!), the FS-5000 is definitely the choice for you.

Full Spectrum Sound
I found this speaker bar through Amazon's Outlet store for half off. The speakers are quite heavy. In fact while you receive a bracket to mount the speakers, large screws and anchors are not supplied. The bar does comes with a base that swivels.I am using this system with an Onkyo THX certified receiver and Subwoofer. The speakers really provide the effect of being live in a concert. You can turn up the sound and it feels like your at the football game. Don't worry about cheating yourself by going with a bar vs. a 5.1 system. This bar along with your subwoofer hooked to a recent AV receiver will provide you the complete audio experience!Performance wise, I give the bar a 5 star rating. Between the weight and lack of ability to mount on the wall right out of the box, I am giving it a 4 star rating.

I absolutely love this HUGE Soundbar
I absolutely love this HUGE Soundbar. I installed this under my 80 inch Sharp flatscreen and I've gotten NOTHING but great reviews from my family and visitors. I paired this to my high fidelity receiver, huge subwoofer and a couple of Klipsch floor speakers for a total 5.1 surround sound. The AT SoundBar replaced the Klipsch speakers to make the TV viewing a cleaner smaller footprint..but the sound coming from the SoundBar is outstanding. Bought it at a 50% discount on Amazon but would pay the full price now that I know just how good it is. Movies and Sports ROCK in this HOUSE!

Best soundbar on the market
This thing is a tank of a speaker. Easily the best soundbar I have come across in a decade of messing around as an AV enthusiast. I would rather have had towers, but I have a flat panel mounted over a fireplace and this format was the only thing the wife didn't hate. It's heavy at over 50 pounds and there's a ton of different install options, so you should probably know what you're doing if you plan on wall-mounting it. The thing looks pretty sharp and complements the style of a flat panel TV perfectly, but you might want to use the little pads they include that turn the silver tweeters black if you want the thing to stand out a little less.I have this soundbar installed with a basic AV receiver and it's easily filling a huge (18'x24') room with close to reference-level sound. It's awful impressive from a soundbar considering most of them are wimps; this is more like having 3 heavy-duty bookshelf speakers installed without all the visual clutter. The thing that surprised me the most was that the speaker sounds... big. There is a convincingly large soundstage that fills out nicely with movies. I'm not sure how it works because there's no side-firing drivers or anything like other soundbars, but if I close my eyes it seems like I get sound coming a few feet to either side of the speaker.Sound quality is outstanding across all source material I've run into it. It's a very neutral sounding speaker with no obvious coloration or flaws. You get very balanced and tonally accurate sound reproduction without any of the ear-biting highs or murky midrange you might get on mass market junk. Bass output is very tight and powerful, if not particularly deep. You will need a subwoofer to complete this speaker system (they don't claim otherwise). I'm running with a pretty hardcore 12" and the transition between the two pieces is as close to seamless as my room allows.I still prefer a big set of towers for serious music listening, but this thing is really getting the job done in my family room. The bottom line is that it looks great, sounds great and works in applications where standard speakers are not an option. It's not cheap, but it squashes all the competitors I've heard.
