Im 183 what size would i get?

I got this for my daughter who is 5'5" 110lbs in a small. It fit perfectly but on the snug side. I would go with one size bigger than your usual. Also, keep in mind it is quite short just like the picture shows. My daugher wore it with white fish net stackings to complete the look.

I’m 5’ tall and weigh 130 lbs. I’m typically a small in tops and a medium in bottoms. I’d like it to fit tight. What size would work best?
