I bought this spray paint for a radiator because I wanted an anthracite grey finish. The colour itself is nice and close to what I expected, but I was not fully happy with the result.When spraying on the radiator, bubbles started to come out and the finish was not smooth. I prepared the surface, but it still did not apply as clean as I hoped. It may work better on other surfaces, but for a radiator I did not get the finish I wanted.Overall, the colour is good, but I would be careful using it on radiators or surfaces that need a very smooth finish.

I applied this over primer to a small coffee table top with pleasing results. Not only easy on the eye but easy to apply too. A few weeks later, it’s evident that it won’t chip easily.

Purchased this after reading the previous reviews to paint a radiator in our lounge. Radiator is about 4ft by 2 1/2ft and I used 1 and half tins of spray, 2 coats plus bits of trim that went on top and sides of the radiator. Colour is fantastic just as described, the finish is really nice and looks professionally done. Spraying it went well, follow the instructions and you can’t go wrong but do some light sanding first to give it a key. Even though it was touch dry after a couple of hours I actually left it to cure for two days before having it fitted. Radiators been running now for two weeks, a little paint smell to start but not anymore and the paint looks good as new and seems to of really bonded well to the radiator. Sorry about the long review but I was a little sceptical to be honest at first but am now going to buy more and do all my radiators as I redecorate other rooms.

Great product at a reasonable price but Hermes delivery service is shocking as usual.

Used in my case to reinvigorate old white-painted aluminium french door hinges. Preparation was a mission as the parts are intricate so I was hoping for good, durable results. Worked out well, very pleased with the paint.Made sure ambient temperature was high enough by painting indoors inside an old tent (!). 2 thin coats took the parts from white to solid anthracite grey with no runs, and look great. Plenty of paint in the can for the 24 parts I had and loads left over by the feel of the can.
