I took this when I was a kid. It was the only med that instantly helped my stomach. So I tried it again for reflux and it helped. The cherry flavor isn’t tasty, but it’s tolerable and isn’t bitter like alka seltzer. It’s different from a typical antacid chewable. It feels like it coats my stomach rather than just getting stuck in my teeth. Very soothing. I also realized that quitting soda and pepperoni greatly helped my stomach. Dosage says 2 to 4 tablets but I just chew one and it’s enough. Take with at least half a cup of water to help build a barrier for reflux.

For someone who suffers from reflux, this is a great alternative to taking prescription meds. I started to have that feeling and grabbed 2 of these. Once I chewed them and went on with my life, I didn't even notice how fast I felt relief. These worked way faster than any antacid I have ever taken.

Keep a couple of them in your pocketbook or in your men have in your car or your pants pocket because when that heartburn comes, it hurts this is very good relief and take it before you go to sleep as well. This is the only thing that works for my husband. We have tried them all. We take them everywhere. We now have friends buying them too. Just like most antacids, they are a bit chalky and have a weird foam like texture when you chew them but they work!
