Sharpie Liquid Highlighters, Chisel Tip, Fluorescent Green, Box of 12

I've had these highlighters for 2 years and have been using them sparingly. They still highlight as if I bought them yesterday. They don't bleed through the page or run out too quickly. Crisp and Clear: The tip is very sturdy so when you run it across the page, you highlight exactly what you want and not any extra. No traction: The ink makes helps you glide the pen across the paper very smoothly. NO SMELL: No strong ordor, whatsoever. Last long enough: It's not until the past semester that I've been using them EVERYDAY marking about 10 pages or more daily and are still running strong. I can visable see that the ink is running low on two of them but the ink tip remains moist. I absolutely love the color contrast. No straining on the eyes here. Overall, I love all the colors but my absolute favorite is the green. I'm always on the hunt for green highlighters but they all seem to disappoint, until I found this one. It is a true green and it is gorgeous. The pen-cap is probably my favorite part. It's a smooth solid click. No flimsy cap thus no chance of them drying out. There is no color fade-out of any sort. Like I said, it highlights today as if I bought them yesterday, but remember I bought them 2 years ago. The built on this pen is solid. If you want a crisp quality highlighter, these are a must! Bright fluorescent best for highlighting purposes. Liquid ink has the best coverage and pens last longer.

These are the only highlighters I will use. I buy them by bulk. They are the best I have ever used. I will never buy anything else if I could just keep my kids from taking them.

I've just discovered why these highlighters are better than every other one I've ever use! Regular markers start out ultra strong, but they quickly start going downhill (fading) as the ink is consumed, often the first day you really use them. If you let them sit for a while, they start up bright again, but almost immediately fade back down (leaving inconsistent brightnesses in your highlightings!) However, these highlighters have a reservoir of liquid ink. As long as there is ink, brightness is constant. It's just as bright with 1% ink left as at 100%. And you get a very good idea of when the highlighter will start quitting. To me, that consistency is the best reason to switch over to liquid ink highlighters. I thought they were a gimmick, but now I am sold! I like the orange, it really stands out on a page. I just made three copies of a page with some orange highlighting: 1) B&W copy, standard settings, there was barely any hint on the copy of what had been highlighted in the original, you would miss it if you didn't look hard. This could be good or bad depending on your particular purposes. 2) B&W copy at boosted darkness settings. You could definitely tell where the original had been highlighted, and you could read it clearly. 3) Color copy, standard settings. You could definitely tell where the original had been highlighted, but there was very little (orange) color in the highlighted copy. You could read the text clearly. Don't listen to those reviewers that say these are a gimmick, or that they have nothing much to offer. These are AWESOME!

These are my go to highlighters. Nice, super-bright color. I randomly came into possession of one these during law school and because I bought used textbooks which already had prior highlighting in them, these allowed me to easily distinguish anything that I personally highlighted. I searched high and low for a box of only these in stores to no avail. Once I found these babies online I was very surprised and immediately ordered. I have repurchased several times. I will note that I have learned not to leave the cap off as it tends to dry out the liquid faster.
