Specifications are not accurate. Item is 8% bigger than the measurements posted with this product. It will not fit in a 12" x 12.4" space.

I ordered this not knowing that a kind of important part of this was made out of plastic. If I would have known I would have looked for something else. The whole unit is made of steel except for the pins that hold the louvers in place and open/close on. They are made of tiny plastic pieces. When I opened the box I found one of those not in it's hole and the louver flopping around, I found that part out and in the bottom of the bag the vent was packed in. I found three others that were only half in their holes and ready to fall out. I put everything back together and mounted the vent. I don't know how long it will last?

This one was sent complete and was not damaged. It works just like they advertised.

Louver is mounted to an evaporative cooler and it’s perfect for this function. I had no directional control before…

I didn't like that this one mounts from the inside but beggars can't be choosers, the other one was unavailable

I have not installed this vent yet but it looks like it will work just fine in my greenhouse.

Reçu avec quelques persiennes sortis de leurs supports, mais suite à la remise en place des composantes, tout fonctionne très bien. je l’ai utiliser comme anti-retour d’air chaud à l’intérieur d’un plénum de fournaise à air commun à une thermopompe. Très satisfait du produit.

Great product pics don’t show backside has a round inlet but for my purpose worked great.

they give you inaccurate measurements in the pictures (see attached photo), I ordered a 14" louver which in there pictures show 13.8x13.9 inches which i used to frame openings in my building but the product i received was 15x15 inches now the building is done louvres a don't fit. They questioned me on how i got the measurements its called a measuring tape. They do not know the actual size of there products at all.

Very well made. Worth the price.
