Very sturdy and reliable. It comes with 2 keys and plenty of space for meds or whatever you want to lock up. Very useful if you have special needs children or foster children. Very easy to use.

This locking medicine cabinet is the perfect solution for safe storage at the right size. I like the programmable combination lock with a back up key.

Good Quality
This medicine cabinet fit my needs very well. With children around, I find it best to keep my medications locked up. It's a reasonable size and not excessively large. Good quality metal and clearly shows the safe is used for medicine with the indication on it.

Sturdy, heavy lock box
I have mounted this in a closet so I can keep my medicine and other important items out of sight. It’s not like a safe, but it is a good secure way to keep things out of sight. The box locks well and mounted from the inside so it’s not easy to remove. There is ample space for larger items too. It is something every house could benefit from just to keep the things you need to know where they are, but aren’t so valuable they need to be in an actually safe. Recommend !!!

Works exactly how it’s supposed to. Keeps our meds secure and locked away from our kid. Looks fine, it’s a medical cabinet, looks like the picture. Think fallout but new.

DON’T BUY!!
DO NOT BUY!!! I had the same problem as many people in reviews, the lock doesn’t work. You think it is locked but if you turn knob in opposite direction, it opens. Unfortunately I did not try mine right away & by the time I had it installed & realized the lock was junk, the return window had passed.

Really happy that I purchased this! Serves me very well.
Absolute lifesaver! Not only do I keep my medications in here, but important keepsakes, drives, and whatever else I can fit (which is a surprising amount, considering that it doesn't take up a lot of space). Love the ease of changing the code, too. Really easy to install (though kind of noisy, due to it being all metal lol), super sensible. I'm looking forward to one day customizing it (when I have the time). Just, because.

good size for all the medication I have now been prescribed. 2nd time of purchasing this cabinet - first purchase for partners medication with convenient combination lock to prevent him opening (partner has Alzheimer's and therefore a need to keep all medication safely locked away but easily accessible at the same time)
